Sponsored by Air Cargo News, a leading air cargo industry publication, the awards are based on the voting results of over 18,000 supply chain professionals and are considered to be among the most important honors in the industry. Over a two month period, forwarders, shippers and partners were asked to vote on the publication's website for the airline that provided the best overall customer experience and for the best service provider in each region.
