- Have a Precise Account Locator (PAL)
- Only have 1 animal per kennel
- Routing does not contain a long flight segment (7 hours or more) followed by a connecting flight.
- Not a military cat or dog shipment
Online Booking Eligibility
*Please note that Flight and date can be edited on aacargo.com after a booking is made. Booking details such as animal type, weight or kennel size cannot be edited on aacargo.com. To make these changes, please contact the PetEmbark desk at PetEmbark@aa.com or 800-227-4622 to request the change. You may also create a new booking.
