Our Priority Parcel Service (PPS) is designed to give your small parcel shipments and beloved animals the highest priority possible.
PPS gets your shipments with a maximum weight of 100 lbs and 90 total inches (H x W x L) in size onto the next flight out from more than 150 stations around our network.
You can either book in advance or simply visit one of our PPS facilities with your shipment before the next flight’s cutoff time.
PPS shipments can weigh up to 100 lbs/45 kgs per piece.
Can be up to 90 total inches (sum of height, width, length)
Payment by credit card or an approved credit account is required. Cash or checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
Unique AWB number is provided at the PPS ticket counter or in advance by prebooking online. If you still require paper AWB, unnumbered paper stock is available.
American Airlines Cargo facilities have established tender/cutoff times for domestic and international shipments before each flight. Please be sure to arrive early enough to complete acceptance activities. All air waybills must be ready for carriage and all acceptance criteria must be completed prior to the facilities established cutoff times. Shipments that complete the acceptance process after the established tender/cutoff times may be booked on the next available flight.
