Company Agreement

The sensitive nature of information available on our website requires a certain level of security be maintained, even within your own company. Therefore, a person of authority (e.g. Manager, Owner, President, etc.) must designate someone to serve as "Super Administrator" who will be responsible for:

Creating and maintaining User IDs and access levels for your employees
Determining which of your company's PAL numbers each User will have access to when making bookings or tracking shipments
Assigning billing accounts for Users to view, approve and/or pay invoices online

I agree that Super Administrators shall only be authorized to set up accounts for those users who have legitimate business needs to access the Site, and who are doing so consistent with the purposes for which the Site is made available by American Airlines, Inc.

PRIVACY ACT NOTICE

49 U.S.C. 114 authorizes the collection of this information. The information you provide will be used to qualify you or verify your status as a possible "known consignee." Providing this information is voluntary; however, failure to provide the information will prevent you from qualifying as a "known consignee." This information will be disclosed to TSA personnel and contractors or other agents including indirect air carriers in the maintenance and operation of the known consignee program. TSA may share the information with aircraft operators, foreign air carriers, IAC, law enforcement agencies, and others in accordance with the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. Section 552a.
